I keep searching for happy photos to post since there is so much darkness in our world right now. So tonight, I’m posting this photo from our 2017 trip to South Africa. We came upon this White Rhino during one of our safari rides. Wow, 2017 seems like 20 years ago right now…

We found these two beauties during one of our game drives in Kruger National Park South Africa. This isn’t a zoo photo. These are the real deal in nature. Just a wonderful experience.

I can’t remember if I captured this photo in South Africa or Swaziland. Regardless, it was the same trip…..anyway, I hope you enjoy it.

Its hard for me to believe that it has been over a year and a half since our trip to South Africa. How did that happen? I guess that’s just how it works…. As they say, time flies.
Anyway, tonight I have a photo of a two Rhinos from that trip. What a great experience….. I’m still thankful to our guide (Henk) and all the great travelers in our group who all helped make the trip a wonderful.

MJ and I had a successful and fun South Africa trip. Here is another photo from one of our safaris. This is a white rhino…we never found a black rhino, leopard, wild african dogs or a meer cat. But we found lots of everything else, including lots of white rhinos in a number of different locations. This guy faced us to allow for this wonderful perspective, but we were never in any danger. He just wanted to go back to sleep.
