It’s been a while since my last Detroit Urbex trip. Way to long, but I still have tons of great shots from the last time. This is from within Bradley Elementary. I’m not sure if this was an office or a small science classroom. Regardless, I loved the fire place in this old structure.

My holiday gift to you for your viewing pleasure is this photo I took at the entrance of the Bradley Elementary School. I loved the 2% Milk graffiti. Not the best graffiti I’ve seen, but it called to me.

How creepy is this spot??? Super creepy, if you ask me. I took this photo inside a school nurse’s office at an abandoned elementary school. Here is my question….why would an elementary school nurse’s office need an adult medical chair? Now that is creepy!!

This photo is from our Detroit Urbex trip last spring. We visited a ton of sites while we were there. This is from Bradley Elementary School. This was one of those old style gyms that they also used as the cafeteria. You know the type, where the tables and benches fold up into the walls to clear the space for gym class.

Well, its still extremely hot at our house with our air conditioning being completely out of order…. I know what you’re thinking…. It’s a real first world problem. Anyway, we’ll survive and count the minutes until the new unit is installed. Until then, enjoy this photo of the Bradley Elementary School auditorium. This is from our Motown Urbex trip.

Here’s another photo from my recent Detroit Urban Exploration trip. This is from within the abandoned Bradley Elementary school. The outside of this building looks like what I’d expect from a wealthy private school. The inside is in rough shape as you can see. If the surrounding neighborhood was in great shape, this place would have been renovated into something long ago. But it’s surrounded by a declining environment, which probably prevents any potential investors from seriously doing anything with this facility. The entire situation is sad.

I went on a nice photo walk yesterday with Jay Cassidy, Dave and Brad Truxell. We went to an abandoned church (St. Peter's & St. Paul's Church) and school (Larimer Elementary) in the East Liberty area of Pittsburgh. Here is a photo of the school hallway.
