Winn vs. Davis

You can tell it is football season.   Four of my last five photos (including this post) are football pictures.  This one is from last Friday’s preseason game between the Steelers and the Lions.  This photo features two guys fighting to get a spot on their team roster.  George Winn is fighting to get a spot as a Runningback on the Lions team, while Sean Davis is working to get a Safety spot with the Steelers.  I’m wishing them both good luck with their quest.

DeAngelo Williams

Unfortunately, Le’Veon Bell got hurt today and had to be carted off the field.  That meant his back up, DeAngelo Williams played a good amount.  He was pretty good, but the entire offense didn’t play well.  Thus the Bengals remained undefended. 

The weather was good.  My sideline pass was good.  The game was rather boring from my perspective.  Anyway, until next weekend when the Steelers are home against the Raiders, have a good week.

I know he isn’t a household name and you’ve probably never heard of him before.  He played college football at the University of South Carolina and is a rookie for the San Francisco 49ers.   Regardless, I liked this action photo.
